What this prototype stores
Saved home and neighborhood identifiers are stored in your browser under “david-shortlist.” No name, email address or inquiry text is stored in local storage. The Property Research Desk stores only the identifiers of checklist steps marked reviewed under “david-property-research-v1”; it does not store an address or research notes. You can reset either tool or clear this site’s browser storage.
Sharing and inquiries
Shortlist URLs contain only neighborhood and demonstration-home identifiers. When you send the inquiry or home-value form, the details you entered are delivered by email to David and recorded in the client system he uses to follow up. The message also carries the page you were on and any campaign parameters in the link, so David knows what prompted the question. Nothing is sold, and sending a form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Measurement
When a measurement account is configured, this site loads Google Analytics to count page views and a short list of actions: sending an inquiry, requesting a home-value range, tapping the phone or email link, opening the live listing search and saving a neighborhood. No advertising or remarketing tags are loaded, and the name, address and message you type are never sent to the analytics service. Links to David’s Ascend listing search carry a campaign tag so he can tell which pages send people to look at homes.
Hosting and external links
Fonts, photography and atlas data are hosted with this site. The hosting provider and the email delivery provider may process ordinary request metadata, such as IP addresses, for operation and security. External links, including the Ascend/Ylopo listing search, have their own privacy practices.
